Job Description Summary
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will leverage your expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development to create a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Job Description
•Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and support employee development initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to position Lamb Weston as an "Employer of Choice" and deliver programs that build pipeline talent for the organization (e.g. internships, rotations, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence to support strategies/programs regarding employee engagement, staffing, organizational design, talent management, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, change management, and diversity & inclusion.
• Deliver key talent insights to business leaders using standard HR metrics and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Support process improvements for human resource workstreams by partnering with key stakeholders.
