Customer Experience (CX) program expansion
The BAC CX program uses several customer surveys to solicit feedback. We'd like to develop a system to record customer feedback, share it with relevant stakeholders, and document related actions to improve business processes and products. The intern will make use of various systems (Qualtrics CX survey platform, Microsoft O365 SharePoint, Power Automate, Outlook, etc.) to build, test, and implement this solution.
Secondary initiatives: Develop new customer feedback methods. This could be via additional surveys (e.g. Webstore survey post order creation) or other customer touchpoints (e.g. BAC public website visitors who submit Quote/Inquiry requests).
Education:
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics or Market Research
BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
