Human Resources Director
A Director of Human Resources at AwayDay is responsible for leading a team of 2-3 Human Resources Business Partners across multiple businesses in our portfolio and overseeing different aspects of HR management. It is critical that this individual can (1) be a source of wisdom for Human Resource Business Partners in the field, (2) assist in building company wide people oriented processes (e.g. Talent acquisition best practices & documenting onboarding SOPs) & (3) serve as a point of escalation for business operators on all things employee relations.
