Job Description:

A-Action Pest Control, a trusted company of the Rollins Family of Brands, is rapidly expanding and we are searching for our next Residential Sales Representatives to sell home pest management services in the Antioch, Illinois and Kenosha, Wisconsin service areas.  These positions offer full-time employment all year round and uncapped commissions!

  • Competitive salary plus uncapped sales commissions—base salary for position is $45,000 to $65,000 annually and the potential to earn over $90,000 with commission / bonuses;

Responsibilities

A-Action Pest Control is a premier provider of pest control solutions in the Northeastern Illinois area.  In 2023 A-Action partnered with OPC (along with hometown brands Schopen Pest Control and Edge Pest Services) to bring well-respected brands together for excellence in Pest Services in the Rollins Family of Brands. We protect more than just homes and businesses. Qualifications


  • Minimum age 18

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • 2 years Sales experience in home services is preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:


  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces

  • Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training

  • Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
