As our CFO, you will:
Strategize for Growth: Lead the development and execution of innovative financial strategies that support scaling operations and capital, exploring new markets, and optimizing profitability.
Foster Collaboration and Development: Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with the company’s mission and vision while fostering a mindset of learning and accountability.
Leverage Global Expertise: Navigate complex international markets, ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and investment.
Inspire Innovation: Drive financial planning, analysis, and forecasting with a forward-thinking approach to achieve sustainable growth while developing and implementing new financial strategies for the company.

Education & Experience Requirements



  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities required.

  • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial management, required.

  • Experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment, preferred.

  • Proven history of success managing a global business environment.


 


Skills Needed



  • Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operation.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.

  • Ability to professionally present about the organization to a variety of audiences, internal and external.

  • Solid business acumen with intellectual curiosity to learn and help drive change in key areas of need in the business.

  • Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and decision support systems.


 


Working Conditions & Physical Requirements



  • Fast-paced office environment

  • Travel approximately 10% of the time

  •  Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time.
