This position is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for Equifax Mortgage customers. Our customers are mortgage professionals seeking assistance with an order. We respond to inbound customer/consumer email and telephone inquiries regarding credit reports, other products/services, order status, and general questions. A successful Customer Service Representative will be able to drive customer satisfaction by accepting ownership for effectively solving customer inquiries.
What you'll do
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
Engage directly with customers and achieve customer satisfaction by going the extra step.
Research specific submitted orders.
Assist customers through the ordering process.
Identify and solve problems that occur within scope of work .
Perform data entry tasks to fulfill customer orders.
What experience you need
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of Customer Service experience.
Strong emphasis on collaboration and team building.
Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Creative problem resolution skills utilizing established options.
Understanding of PC functions, and ability to learn/understand internal Verification Services technology/systems.
In office Monday - Friday and looking to fill 2 shifts (9:30am to 6:00pm and 10:30am to 7:00pm).
