We are seeking an attentive and diligent Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our team! The CSC will be responsible for supporting both the internal customer service team, as well as our valued customers. This role includes providing assistance via phone and email and helping the internal team track and communicate the various stages of a product, from sale through production and shipping. The CSC will assist customers in need of service support, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly while directing all other inquiries to the appropriate team or individual.
Role Responsibilities:
Answer all customer service calls and emails and provide appropriate follow up.
Coordinate third-party vendors in response to the needs in the sales cycle.
File UCC reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide frequent updates to customers with work order statuses.
Assist with USMTO analysis to support business goals.
Distribute and enter capital leads.
Provide customers activation codes and support.
Develop and share Service Team Customer experiences.
Coordinate van registrations, insurance, and service needs, ensuring operations run efficiently.
Other Functions:
Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:
At least 3+ years in a customer-facing role, showcasing a dedication to outstanding service.
2+ years in a support-focused role, showcasing your ability to assist and problem-solve effectively
Ability to anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work efficiently
Demonstrated ability to efficiently balance multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior administrative experience
Proficient in maintaining order and structure
Detail oriented
Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required)
