As the VP of Customer Experience (CX) and Emerging Audience Analytics at Prudential, you will be responsible for driving customer-centric strategies and leveraging data analytics to gain deep insights into emerging audiences. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing customer journeys, enhancing product offerings, and identifying untapped market opportunities. Through data-driven decision-making and a customer-focused approach, you will help Prudential continue to deliver innovative financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of diverse customer segments.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience (CX) and identify emerging customer opportunities across all channels to guide critical business decisions.

  • Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to collect, analyze, and interpret customer data.

  • Discover nascent audience segments and craft precise marketing initiatives to engage them.

  • Collaborate across levels and functions with CX, Business CMO, MarTech, Tech, and CDO teams.

  • Consult with business partners to develop CX and emerging audience roadmaps with particular emphasis on insights that accelerate growth

  • •dentifying and collaborating with research and trends team to pinpoint customer pain points and devising solutions to resolve them.

  • Remain current with the latest CX and data analytics technologies and trends.

  • Communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • 15+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, or wealth management industry

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a data and analytics team

  • Strong influence, communication, and presentation skills, bridging gaps between data and business owners

  • Ability to manage uncertain and unclear project scopes and develop smaller, deliverable plans

  • Experience in developing and implementing customer acquisition, CX and customer migration strategy

  • Expertise in using 1st and 3rd party data and advanced analytics to drive business decisions

  • Strong understanding of emerging audience analytics trends and technologies

  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges with data and research

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $180,600.00 to $244,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
