A fast-paced construction supply and equipment rental company seeks an Inside Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and act as a key resource for clients. This role focuses on building relationships, fulfilling orders, and recommending solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
Recommend product and service solutions to meet client needs.
Manage purchase orders and perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
1-2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction supply or equipment rental.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with RentalMan or Coupa is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
