As a Glazier installer your position would entail installing glass in windows, skylights, store fronts, and display cases, or on surfaces such as building fronts, interior walls, ceilings, and tabletops.

Responsibilities
Safely handle glass products through entire process from shipping to install
Travels to and from shops and job sites (in company vehicle)
Fabricates glass and assembles to the fames
Install glass in commercial store fronts and curtain walls
Load and log materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials
Erects scaffolding or ladders to height needed to install glass
Observe job site safety rules and know the location of the MSDS packets in your vehicle
Comply with OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
Maintain tools and truck housekeeping, and maintenance
May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow all driving safety rules
Responsible for completing paperwork and returning to production coordinator daily
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Maintain a valid driver's license
Punctual, reliable, and honest, with a team player attitude.
Position requires a drug test and motor vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.

Use common hand tools
Follow job instructions and record materials used
Lift a minimum of 50lbs
Climb ladders
Bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees
Stand for extended periods of time
Work Environment
Works in a construction environment; able to adapt to weather conditions.
