Gap has always been about optimistic American style. Starting with our very first store on Ocean Avenue in San Francisco, opened almost 50 years ago by Doris and Don Fisher. The thread that’s run through those five decades is the phenomenal people that make up our brand – our employees and our customers. People who are rooted in the legacy that makes Gap what it is, but who are also focused on the future. People who want to leave the world better than they found it.
We’ve built our brand on staying true to our roots while always being out in front of what’s next. If you want to be part of an iconic American brand, and help lead the way for where we’re headed, we’d love to have you join us.
The Gap Platform Photo Studio is searching for an experienced and accomplished On-Figure Apparel Stylist to function as a direct conduit with our brand partners in the elevation and execution of On-Figure Product Photography with a high level of competency, proficiency, and efficiency. This role will be responsible for crafting elevated looks within a high-volume photo production operation, consistently delivering an elevated/editorial look and feel to the product being featured, creating content that connects our customers with the unique experiences of our brands. While this role will report into and partner with the Sr. Manager of Styling Operations, they will be assigned to focus on one of our brand partners production needs, engaging with key brand stakeholders in areas related to the brand visual aesthetics necessary to drive consistency in the creation of branded product photography assets. Leveraging their previous on-set expertise, this candidate will bring their extensive creative flexibility and adaptability to bare allowing them to achieve the creative consistency and volume goals that come within a production environment. This role will contribute to improving processes for studio performance against operational metrics and budget while holding and elevating the creative vision of the brand without sacrificing brand creativity and quality. In this role you will innovate ways to articulate the look and feel of new categories or initiatives while following new processes and provide feedback to ensure successful implementation.
