RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in New Albany, OH. This role supports our platform integrated with DevOps, data engineering, and software engineering. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, supporting both ongoing and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will support and enhance the software stack integrated with DevOps, data engineering, and software engineering


• Deploy machine learning models into production and monitor their performance


• Conduct Databricks orchestration using Databricks UI


• Clean and optimize code to improve performance


• Utilize Data Bricks, Snowflake, Azure, Python, SQL, and Terraform for infrastructure work and CI/CD


• Collaborate with different data science teams to support machine learning initiatives post-model development


• The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will implement best practices in DevOps, software engineering, and data science


• Build and maintain relationships with the data science team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in DevOps (ML Ops), software engineering, and data science


• Proficiency in cloud engineering


• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Terraform


• Experience with Data Bricks, Snowflake, and Azure


• Ability to deploy and manage machine learning models in production


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms


• Familiarity with generative AI use cases and large language models (LLM)


• Knowledge of semantic search, AI stylist, and vector databases

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
