RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Manager of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations located in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the 24/7 Service Desk team, ensuring continuous support and response to infrastructure and cloud-related issues


• Provide mentorship and daily guidance to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment


• Coordinate staff assignments and ensure efficient resource utilization to meet team goals


• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security


• Support the management of cloud operations, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency


• Address and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues to minimize downtime and service disruptions


• Ensure a seamless digital experience for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and enhancing the performance of digital systems and services


• Manage desktop support to meet the needs of our growing workforce, guaranteeing their technological tools are fully functional


• Manage the procurement process for technology resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely acquisition of necessary hardware and software


• Collaborate with other departments to align infrastructure and cloud operations with the company's growth objectives


• Contributes to the execution of scaling initiatives for infrastructure and cloud resources as the business expands

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field


• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within infrastructure and cloud operations


• Solid technical background with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, networking, and IT infrastructure


• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
