Role reports to: Director, Omni Performance - Mass/Club

Location: Minneapolis, MN.

Travel %: 15%

Pay Range: $119,000 - $205,850

What will you do

In this role you will lead the end-to-end shopper strategy for Target, Ulta, and the Club Channel as well as own activation planning of key self-care categories for Target. You will be responsible for creating the strategic priorities and brand growth plans at key retailers that deliver against joint business goals and span acquisition, retention, conversion, and profitability. In addition to brand and category activations, you will play a critical role in leading our SEM strategy that delivers against our ambitious digital acceleration and ecommerce growth strategy. The role will serve as Kenvue's day-to-day point of contact with key Retail Media Networks like Roundel and MAP and will work across multiple marketing agencies and external vendors on concept/creative development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver the Target, Ulta, and Club Shopper Marketing priorities and growth roadmap, inclusive of holistic strategy, growth goals/KPIs and annual strategy and activation calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal and agency partners to advance retail media plans and maximize impact/deliver efficiencies (ROI/ROAS)
  • Play a leadership role in annual joint business planning (JBP) for marketing / media portion of Target and Sam's Club JBPs
  • Align customer and internal brand teams on customer relevant programs & strategies
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal Kenvue teams as well as external customer teams that deliver joint value in the activations, measurement, reporting and optimization across all media and marketing campaigns
  • Provide rigorous analysis of marketing program results and make recommendations for future programming
  • Manage complex budget, maintaining real-time knowledge of investment and providing strategic recommendations
  • Unlock new, emerging trends and capabilities to apply to our retail activation strategies
  • Lead and develop a dynamic team of 3 team members, supporting their professional development and fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Sales/Marketing or a related business field
  • A minimum of 8 years total business experience in customer sales, marketing, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing, eCommerce or related field
  • Prior experience working in Shopper Marketing, Marketing and/or a related agency team
  • Prior experience with digital media, paid search planning and overall media measurement
  • Prior experience working with agencies and external vendors
  • Strong background in insights and analytics, able to access, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from data
  • Strong track record in leading/managing high performing teams (role includes direct reports)
  • Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly
  • Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple priorities successfully
  • Ability to navigate through rapid change and navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, big picture thinking and communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and storytelling presentations

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in consumer-packaged goods is preferred


  • In-depth knowledge of Target merchandising, marketing and Roundel Media.
