Director of IAM, Infrastructure / Cloud Identity

This position reports to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management and is based in Skillman, NJ (Moving to Summit NJ in 2025).

Role reports to: Sr Director, Portfolio & Operations Lead

Location: Skillman, NJ (Summit, NJ in future)

Travel %: 10

Pay: $182,000 - $247,000

What you will do

In this role you will act as the primary interface to the Infrastructure and Cloud technology teams, ensuring the adoption of robust IAM principles and designs in developing new capabilities within Kenvue's cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve strategies for the delivery of IAM services across Kenvue's global footprint. Builds future-ready capabilities to accelerate business growth strategies. Facilitates and coordinates priorities with suppliers, IT Infrastructure Services departments and Business IT groups.
• Oversee the design and implementation of IAM solutions that meet the needs of Kenvue's dynamic cloud and infrastructure environments by developing secure access policies, processes and tools to cloud-based systems, services, applications, and data.
• Responsible for the management and growth of IAM resources supporting Directory Services and Privileged Access Management capabilities.
• Interface with Infrastructure and Cloud technology teams to facilitate the integration of IAM principles into cloud services and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in IAM.
• Drive initiatives to enhance identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access management.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM-related issues to technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new IAM technologies and services.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
• At least 10 -12 years of broad IT infrastructure experience with 8 years of IAM Engineering, cloud architectures and operational support in a multi-platform, multi-vendor environment.
• 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• 5 years Information Security experience.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms, and the ability to guide teams in their effective use.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical teams and business leaders.
• Strong leadership presence, influencing, collaboration, communication information-sharing and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment and prioritize in parallel.
• Customer service orientation, eye for business value, and a bias for action.
• Expert at working with virtual, and diverse global teams of varied backgrounds and cultural experiences.
• Exercises independent judgment, strong decision making and problem solving for key processes.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture.

• Certifications in IAM and InfoSec (CIDPRO™, CISM, CISSP).
• Experience within regulated environments (GxP or SOx).

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $182,000 - $247,000 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
