How will you make an impact? As a Process Engineer III, you will drive efficiency and quality improvements in manufacturing and assembly/molding processes. Your technical expertise will be critical in optimizing production methods, troubleshooting issues, and implementing innovative solutions to meet quality and operational goals.
What will you do?
Develop and implement production and processing methods to meet quality standards efficiently for new and existing assembly/molding processes.
Establish and maintain process controls, ensuring proper documentation is completed and updated.
Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving quality-related problems.
Oversee the introduction of new product lines, including process development, performance evaluation, and tooling design review.
Debug complex problems in new systems, tooling, and automation components.
Conduct experiments to optimize processes, improve yields, and enhance cycle times and setup efficiency.
Propose and implement process improvements or repair alterations, ensuring proper documentation of changes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety programs and initiatives.
Provide guidance to assembly and material handling teams as needed.
Support all company safety and quality initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
How will you get here?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Or relevant experience in injection molding
Experience:
Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar technical field.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong proficiency in personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with assembly/molding processes and quality assurance principles.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex technical scenarios.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities to track process changes and improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with tooling and automation in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage process control and implement innovative solutions.
