The Customer Service Rep services customers by communicating product and service information, order and delivery timelines, resolving product and service issues and processing orders. They serve as an ambassador between the customer and the company. Our customer service team is the core that provides excellent service to our long-standing customers. This role is perfect for an individual who approaches their work professionally, can work independently as well as in a team environment and strives for both company and personal success. Here’s What You’ll Get To Do



  •  Maintain broad knowledge of products and services of the organization 

  •  Document customer interactions and transactions 

  •  Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned in orders for production 

  •  Coordinate between sales and production to meet customer expectations

  •  Maintain good communication channels with product and support staff 

  •  Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time. 

  •  Coordinate and resolve product or service problems

  •  Participate in educational opportunities internally and externally to enhance knowledge of product and job skills 

  •  Regular and predictable attendance, safely performing tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.

What We’re Looking For



  •  A minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience 

  •  Strong organizational and listening skills 

  •  Ability to work overtime when required

  •  Strong attention to detail

  •  Great ability to work in a team environment and independently

  •  Coordinate and prioritize work with deadlines 

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  •  Strong ability to read and communicate requirements in fractions

  •  Excellent ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings and specifications 

  • Previous customer service experience in glass industry preferredbut not required
