The Senior Counsel, Corporate Transactions provides legal counsel on M&A and other strategic transaction matters such as acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital, equity joint ventures, strategic alliances and other partnership arrangements focused on international and domestic markets from the beginning through integration/separation and supports antitrust work.
Acts as liaison between the subject matter experts and business colleagues in relation to integration and other matters as needed.
Is adept at coordinating and working in concert with other subject matter experts involved in a transaction; conducting legal due diligence; drafting and reviewing various types of transaction documents and working with business partners on general problem solving.
Works effectively with and manages outside counsel. Works well across time zones and in a matrixed environment.Anticipates legal and deal issues, and designs and executes strategies to mitigate risk and achieve superior value.
Reports to the Chief Counsel, Corporate Transactions.
