What to Expect:

• Back up to work the floor as needed.


• Help with auditing med carts, med room, and ensuring that we have all meds available.


• Assist with scheduling care conferences as needed.


• Assist with training and orientation of new hires.


• Assist with regulatory compliance.


• Assists in the coordination of care and ensuring care plans are accurate.


• Create and monitor daily assignment sheets for Assisted Living team.


• Assist with move ins


• Ensures all required information is in charting system.

Successful Candidates:

• Requires a QMAP Certificate.


• A minimum of 1-2 years QMAP experience preferred.


• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs. on a regular basis and ability to help residents who require physical assistance.


• Fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.


• May require experience with caring for residents with memory impairment if assigned to memory care areas of a community.
