About the Role

Essity’s Health and Medical team is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care to lead our Southeast U.S. region. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic business plans targeting top 100 IDNs and hospital systems. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets while driving regional success in the Acute Care setting. Represent Essity’s Advanced Wound Care portfolio containing clinically unique brands such as Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed - Sorbact, Sorbion, and Epiona, Hypafix, and Jobst - Compri2 and Comprifore, focusing on innovation and delivering impactful solutions to healthcare providers.

This will be a remote position responsible for covering the Southeast U.S. Region (FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN). The ideal candidate should be located within the aligned territory and able to travel often.

What You Will Do


  • Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, hitting targets, and delivering results that align with company objectives.


  • Implement tailored strategies for Essity's Health and Medical Advanced Wound Care products, focusing on Acute Care and key IDN partnerships within the Southeast Region.


  • Coach and mentor your team to ensure consistent performance and growth.


  • Conduct field rides, recruit top talent, onboard new hires, and provide personalized development plans for sales representatives.


  • Develop regional business plans aligned with corporate objectives and collaborate with marketing and corporate teams for seamless execution.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top decision-makers, including KOLs, healthcare leaders, and IDN executives.


  • Represent Essity in high-stakes negotiations and strategic discussions.


  • Ensure compliance with policies and optimize the use of CRM tools for accurate sales reporting and forecasting.


  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and other B2B accounts.


  • Establish networks with clinical and distributor partners to maximize growth opportunities.


  • Partner with other Regional Sales Managers on the National Team to share best practices, align strategies, and foster a winning culture.


Who You Are


  • 3-5 years of prior medical device sales leadership experience, with a strong understanding of the GPO contracting process and IDN health systems.


  • Skilled in developing business plans, managing CRM systems, and executing sales strategies.


  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the hospital and healthcare ecosystem.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Sales Methodology, including GPS Sales Processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Master’s a plus), with excellent time management and organizational skills.


  • Willing to travel up to 70% during the workweek, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
