About the Role
Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently recruiting a 2nd shift Forklift Operator. This position will be based at our manufacturing facility in Bordentown, NJ. 2nd shift operating hours are 3:30pm – 12am - M-F.

What You Will Do
Comply with all safety regulations and practices within the warehouse to prevent accidents and injuries.
Operate reach truck equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a safe and efficient manner within a warehouse environment.
Basic knowledge of operating mobile equipment and reporting malfunctions.
Accurately pick orders and prepare them for shipping, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
Participate in inventory counts and audits as required, using the reach truck to access and verify stock levels in high shelving units.
Keep the warehouse (and facility) clean, organized and efficiently maintained.
Coordinate and communicate with production teams (on all shifts) about daily warehouse plan.
Focus on continually improving the workflow of the area.
Ability to read and interpret the production schedule and associated documents.
Additional duties as assigned.
Who You Are
High School Graduate or Equivalent
2 Years Experience operating a Reach Truck
Basic Mathematics, Reading and Writing
RF SCANNERS & Basic Computer Skills
Safe operation of PIT equipment
General knowledge of Distribution, Stocking & Logistics
Ability to safely work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple work assignments and prioritize accordingly to assure completion.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected Compensation
$19.00/hourly rate
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
