Porter III, under the guidance of the Assistant Site Manager, manages overall field services, operations, and functions in assigned area including post reviews, Specialist inspections, emergency response, client liaison, post order compliance reviews and special projects as assigned. They must perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Site Manager.

Essential Functions:


  • Supervise Porter I, Porter II’s and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); act to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notify proper authorities and client in emergency situations

  • Provide meal breaks, relief and missed shift coverage for Porters at assigned client locations

  • Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate; seek advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meet personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions

  • Train Porter II’s and other company personnel; review post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates

  • Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated

  • Prepare, file and submit various reports as required

  • As delegated, carry out or assist with security assessments and site surveys; may assist in developing post orders, may assist in development of safety initiatives

  • Create processes and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability and contract compliance

  • May temporarily act on behalf of line management, as delegated

  • Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities

  • As directed, conduct analyses of operational performance and data, gather information, and assist in implementing corrective action

  • Provide input to company initiatives; promptly assist in the resolution of legal, financial, human resources, and administrative issues

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must have demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public 

  • Must be warm, engaging, charismatic; and possess a natural ability to develop rapport with others

  • Must practice good judgment and demonstrate a high level of integrity 

  • Must be proactive; take initiative with minimal supervision 

  • Must be resourceful; think critically and finds solutions even without the obvious resources 

  • Must be able to navigate challenging situations while remaining positive

  • Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:


  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred

  • Valid driver’s license, required

  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English

  • 1 year in a supervisory/lead role, required

  • Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps and lift up to 55lbs

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)

  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment

Pay: Up to $27.13 hourly
