Location: This is a hybrid position and preferred must candidates reside within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (EST).
The Business Change Manager is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs, and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope. Leads efforts to identify best practices.
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Design methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Responsible for working with the Staff VP on the annual AIQ (budget) process, workforce strategy, executive communications, and engagement activities.
Understand each division of the department and partner with other staff VPs' support associates to put together leadership presentations and communications.
Partner with the staff VP to ensure the strategy aligns with the overall FGS and enterprise strategy.
Proposes opportunities to improve business results and enhance associate engagement.
Serves as a liaison between the SVP and the Directors to drive results and improve data transparency.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of process or project-related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budgets and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
Clinical background RN or equivalent preferred.
MBA or MHA preferred.
Pilot program portfolio management experience.
Experience facilitating meetings and special events that are crucial for strategic alignment and team cohesion.
Experience building and sustaining relationships with Enterprise stakeholders that are relied upon for the department to succeed.
Experience serving as a project manager for special projects.
