The Director of Compensation will lead our compensation initiatives through the design, development, implementation, and communication of our compensation programs and policies and will have an extensive background with Executive Compensation practices. This is a leadership position that will manage the team responsible for the creation and deployment of compensation practices and solutions through analysis, tools, process development and reporting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with senior leadership, consultants and board members.
What You'll Do :
Develop and implement compensation programs, including base pay and short and long-term incentives to effectively attract and retain talent and support the overall business strategy and objectives
Design and manage executive compensation programs and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide technical expertise and analytic support on executive compensation programs and prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
Monitor developments in executive compensation regulation, disclosure, and proxy advisor policies
Work closely with cross functional teams in the development of the proxy CD&A materials
Oversee global equity compensation planning and administration, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), performance units and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Manage the equity administration including the overall system administration, vesting schedules, reporting and compliance requirements
Plan and execute the annual merit, bonus and equity cycles ensuring consistency and alignment with business leaders
Provide guidance and support for additional variable pay programs
Ensure all programs are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Conduct on-going and ad-hoc analysis of market trends and pay practices, including internal pay equity and benchmarking, to ensure competitiveness and compliant with market and required regulations
Develop and oversee key performance dashboards using both internal and external benchmark data in order to measure performance and support decision making
Perform pay equity analysis and provide recommendations from outcome
Manage appropriate vendors and budgets
What Experience and Education You Need :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a focus on strategy development, executive compensation, variable pay programs and equity administration
Strong knowledge of global compensation best practices, market trends and regulatory and compliance requirements
Exception analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, understand the results of the data and make data-driven recommendations and decisions
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a team and managing multiple projects at once
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent collaboration skills with different levels within the organization
Experience working with global teams
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
Experience working with Oracle a plus
