Basic Job Functions:



Responsible for driving growth within the IMP Roof market and identifying new, emerging markets for NIPG sales operations, this role focuses on market penetration and strategic commercial planning to increase revenue and establish a strong market presence. The RSM position involves collaborating with various internal teams on product design, application promotional tools, and developing a comprehensive market approach. Hire, train, develop, coach, supervise sales team with increase of market growth and commercial vision. The role also includes conducting and collaborating on market research to identify emerging trends and build relationships with national partners and customers. Additionally, it leads customer/dealer recruiting and retention strategies, as well as overall sales growth and market penetration strategies. The NIPG Regional Sales Manager position is a customer-facing, remote leadership role that supports the commercial sales team, requiring a minimum of 50% travel. As a member of the Nucor Insulated Panel Group (NIPG) leadership team, this role contributes to continually improving operating results, market competitiveness, and customer preference.


Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.




Minimum Qualifications:




  • 10+ years of Insulated Metal Panel experience
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction market and the sales cycle within the industry
  • High School Diploma
  • Up to 50% travel in a leadership support function of the commercial team




Preferred Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably within a sales or commercial function Experience in exterior cladding, architecturally specified products, or insulated metal panels
  • Teammate location preferably in the northeastern United States, however not a requirement.
