Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required. - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (or equivalent) clearance.



The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in coordination with other team members, including another BA, and other intersecting teams. To be successful in this role, the team member must be able to track multiple application projects through an Agile DevOps methodology, understand application technical aspects and the status of ongoing application development, and update the Project Manager on the status as needed. Proven experience testing applications for end users is required.



What You'll Be Doing:


This team member will be responsible for collaborating with the customer and the Agile team members to analyze requirements to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met in both application modernization efforts, as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) for existing applications. In addition, the team member will be creating and tracking work items for multiple applications within TFS, followed by testing.



  • Collaborating with the customer and Agile team members to analyze requirements to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met in both application modernization efforts and operations and maintenance (O&M) applications
  • Creating and tracking application work items within Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Testing multiple applications after development
  • Tracking development progress across modernization and O&M applications
  • Providing development status to PM on an ad hoc request basis
  • Providing Help Desk/Tier II support and routing



Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Experience with managing an Agile development lifecycle
  • Experience with multiple projects running concurrently
  • Azure DevOps and Jira/TFS experience
  • Gathering requirements, talk to user communities, research issues, document solutions
  • Create user stories and tasks in TFS, and lead administration of TFS
  • Interact with customers and end users regarding any aspect of the applications
  • Create functional test plans and execute system testing
  • Support technical staff with clear written and verbal stakeholder communication
  • Help Desk /Tier II Experience

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • SQL experience
  • Data analytics experience
