As a member of the Digital team, our Assistant Director Digital Insights & Analytics role is responsible for leading teams of insights professionals to provide data, information and analyses about the needs of consumers and key stakeholders across digital and analog Cambia experiences - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:



Qualifications:


  • Master's degree preferred with a focus in a quantitative field like finance, statistics, economics, mathematics, or related field and

  • 10+ years of experience in a digital consumer analytics role or equivalent combination of education and experience.




Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders to integrate analyses into the development of offensive and defensive recommendations for action.

  • Top notch research and analysis skills with ability to train others in methods of conducting research and analysis strategies, from both primary and secondary resources. .

  • Demonstrated expertise using statistical analysis techniques such as the correct interpretation tests of statistical significance, step-wise regression, and cluster analysis. Experience with SPSS preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience designing data models.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead multiple teams including hiring, goal setting, coaching, and development (including supervisors and/or employees who may be in multiple locations or work remotely).

  • Demonstrated experience working with matrixed teams in both technical and non-technical disciplines to create alignment on

  • data strategy, consumer engagement strategy, data score creation, and data infrastructure development to support analytics.

  • Proficient in web/mobile analytics, have hands-on experience with mobile SDK and web tag management, have deep experience in measurement analysis, and have back-end technical and reporting abilities.

  • Experience with digital engagement measurement, specifically email and SMS analytics, consumer data segmentation and modeling, and data-driven acquisition and engagement.

  • Experience with web analytics tools (Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc). SQL and other data querying and manipulation tools required. Experience with Tealium products, R and Alteryx.

  • Experience designing, fielding, and broadly communicating A/B test results in support of web and mobile design efforts.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic recommendations based on a company's past performance and changing market conditions.

  • Strong oral, written and presentation-based communication.

  • Ability to work in a regulated, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.




What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Manages analyses that move beyond an explanation of 'what happened' to 'why it happened' and 'what should be done,' turning observations into insights, insights into recommended actions and ultimately informing digital strategy, product, and engagement optimization.

  • Leads development of clear and concise analyses and reporting that deliver information in an intelligent and digestible manner for the business decision makers including senior executives and the Board of Directors.

  • Leads the insights, digital analytics and experience design teams by providing direction, support, coaching, and career development.

  • Establishes the priorities for managers for the Digital Insights and Analytics team, directing the goals, objectives and deliverables for this team.

  • Responsible for the direction of the development of digital analytics that provide insights into how Regence users interact with digital experiences across all digital platforms and touchpoints. These analytics are intended to drive digital experience improvements and overall member experience.

  • Leads digital tagging, data definition, and governance of cookie and preference tracking and auditing.

  • Leads advanced statistical analyses of digital traffic across Regence platforms.

  • Ensures digital engagement metrics and key performance data will provide actionable insights to support performance improvement in customer activation, conversation, engagement and retention.

  • Directs the on-going performance analytics of Regence digital properties to provide feedback and recommendations that allow for informed business decisions about Regence digital properties and experience.

  • Manages team workflow, resource allocation, and prioritization to meet the Marketing organization's objectives.

  • Works cross functionally with Product Development, User Experience, DTS, Marketing, and Health Plan Operations.

  • Data Science teams to ensure data structures support enterprise web analytics commitments.

  • Provides reporting to meet contractual agreements.

  • Leads testing and optimization efforts that gather requirements, prioritize, and communicate results insights projects - fostering a culture of continuous improvement across Cambia.



The expected hiring range for an Assistant Director Digital Insights & Analytics is $132,600-179,400 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $124,000-$203,000.

Travel required locally or out of state. (15% - 40%).
