RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking an Experience Designer (XA). This person is a professional, adept at planning and designing the user experience architecture of our customer-facing interfaces. The XA understands the methods and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams and screen layouts, and fundamentally understands the methods and concepts related to findability and usability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a design related discipline such as Web Design or a related field of study or years of relevant professional experience required


• Passionate yet patient; Confident yet humble


• Take initiative to thoroughly understand our customers and the finance industry


• Driven to create findable, usable, world-class experiences


• Loves collaboration and can articulately communicate and clearly translate functional objectives into detailed experience specifications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
