The Opportunity
As a Receiving Resolution Coordinator you will act as a liaison between Customer Services and Operations to resolve any problems, discrepancies, or issues with received loads.
Key Job Responsibilities
Uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance by ensuring all operations adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, while fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Assist Approvals and Customer Service in re-profiling waste
Re-sample drums in the event of off-spec contents and coordinate re-labeling with plant personnel
Work closely with our Health and Safety and Environmental compliance team to ensure that our waste is handled correctly.
Ensure drums are moved to proper area for processing after issues are resolved
Assist our facilities in tracking and managing waste inventory, ensuring compliance with permitted time limits, coordinating waste shipments and receipts, and verifying proper billing for received waste.
Develop training programs for systems-related activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
One year of industry experience is highly desirable.
Detail oriented and customer focused
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
