Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist II to produce proposals and coordinate related proposal materials in our Infrastructure Practice! The Marketing Specialist should be passionate about the pursuit of success, which drives the sales of the company by strengthening new and existing client relationships. The candidate should be highly creative and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative work environment. The position will be responsible for promoting the Company’s brand through compelling visuals and content, storytelling, and proposal theming and messaging. This position is open to remote and/or hybrid.

In this role, you will work both independently as well as collaborate in a team environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will challenge you, providing an opportunity for your proactive and solution-oriented mindset to excel! As an expert in prioritizing multiple tasks, the need to adapt to changing priorities and direction leverages your excellent time management skills to drive proposal schedules balancing multiple deadlines with the need for quick turnaround. Balanced by your creative talents, you will use graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication within written documents.

Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Primary responsibilities include proposal layout, production, and RFP responses keeping in mind RS&H's goals, objectives, and writing style.
• Proposal coordination.
• Ensuring compliance with all Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.
• Reviewing the RFP and ensuring the writing conforms to the evaluation criteria.
• Communication and coordination with teaming firms on the pursuit.
• Works under the guidance of the proposal manager to generate appropriate compliant text and incorporate information from subject matter experts to be included in the proposal .

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within marketing.
• Knowledge Adobe InDesign layout and production.
• Adobe InDesign highly experienced.
• Adobe PhotoShop experience.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills a must.
• Astute attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with Standard Form 330 preparation.
• A/E/C industry experience.
• Deltek Vision (or experience with other relational database programs) experience.
