Direct and coordinate the activities of the various craft employees and subcontractors on site
Daily site visits for coordination of activities, equipment and safety issues.
Responsible for construction and job planning; maintaining RFI's, submittals, and change order logs
Interpreting plans and specifications
Coordinating, preparing, analyzing and revising monthly cost reports
Daily inspections of support of excavation, utility mark outs, fall prevention etc.
Directing the procurement of supplies necessary for construction work and for the efficient operation of the equipment on site
Coordinate with the Site Safety Representative to ensure jobsite adheres to safe work practices and all applicable Federal, State, local and Client requirements
