Our client is currently seeking a full-time Pediatrician in the Killeen, TX area that might be of interest to you!
Duty hours are Monday - Sunday 6 am - 9 pm. Services are generally required Monday-Friday.
Holidays are required and will be assigned on a rotating basis.
No on-call duty required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited college approved by the Council of Medical Education and
Hospitals of the American Medical Association or Doctor of Osteopathy from a college accredited by the American Osteopathic Association.
Must have and maintain a current, active, valid, unrestricted license in one of the 50 states in the U.S., the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Must have successfully completed an internship and residency training in a US accredited Pediatrician Residency Program.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience within the last
three (3) years as a staff Pediatric physician.
The provider must be board certified and have a current certification by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification will be by the American Heart Association.
Must have and maintain a current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
Graduates of foreign medical schools are required to possess both a medical license and other certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or 5th Pathway.
