Our client is seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our financial strategy. A business-savvy, hands-on CFO with strong finance and strategy skills, and experience in corporate and professional services, all with a start-up mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of leading in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.
You will lead their crypto entity, manage external relationships, and oversee forecasting and planning. Your responsibilities will encompass corporate development, M&A, corporate financing, strategic planning, revenue planning, FP&A, P&L management, budgeting, and ERP System and IT oversight. Experience in investor communications and private equity is crucial.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Leadership team on financial, operational, product, and strategic decisions as the Finance leader for the entity.
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax reporting, and treasury/cash management functions, including quarterly/annual planning and risk assessment.
Work with Leadership and Product teams to support new crypto products and initiatives.
Partner with blockchain operations on monitoring, forecasting/planning, SOPs, and crypto liquidity.
Execute corporate and capital market transactions, including lines of credit and other partnerships.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Corporate Finance, or a related financial services field, with demonstrated leadership experience in the crypto space.
Strong crypto experience and enthusiasm for the space and product.
Excellent foundation in active liquidity management in crypto financial services.
Prior experience in banking relationship management with a solid working knowledge of crypto banking products and services.
