Description: Our client is currently seeking a NURSE MEDICAL MGMT I
Seeking RN's to support Outpatient UM Reviews - authorizations for services such as home health, therapies, surgeries, misc.
Experience/Skillsets:
UM Prior Authorization experience required (milliman/interqual criteria) - must already be doing reviews
Inpatient discharge planner; understanding of outpatient needs
Clinical background (inpatient/ICU)
Strong computer skills - typing, ability to access multiple systems
Productivity - 25 reviews per day (average)
Logistics: Equipment - will send laptop, 2 monitors, docking station, headset that connects to laptop, mouse. Must be internet requirements (outlined in supplier manual)
Position is Work at Home, requires high speed internet and confidential workspace
Location - Completely work at home; must have KY license - prefer folks around 60 miles from Louisville
Duration: This is a truly temporary position, expected to go through December 2020
Hours for this position are changing from 10 AM -7 PM to '9 AM- 6 PM' (8 AM -5 PM initially for training)
