What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and develop the maintenance and reliability strategies across the manufacturing site, which consists of two plants.
Implement and oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations and equipment reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing efficiency and safety.
Manage and mentor a 100+ employee maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Oversee the budget and resources for the maintenance department.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
What You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
7+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
Familiarity with TPM, RCM, FMEA, and RCA with a proven track record of improving maintenance reliability and efficiency.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Working knowledge of Safety Standards, GMPs, and sanitary design for equipment specifications, installations, and/or modifications.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), as well as other software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project).
Excellent project management, project scoping, estimating, and scheduling skills.
Understanding of the ability to utilize and ability to teach appropriate continuous improvement tools to deliver sustainable results. Six Sigma certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others.
