Schedule: Days (32+ hours/week)
Contract: 13 weeks
Practice Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Valid PT license in the state of Texas
