Job Description:
Location: Franklin, IN
Salary: $16.00 USD Hourly - $17.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for their practice in Franklin IN.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying patient insurance
- Collect and post payments
- Scheduling follow up appointments
- Scanning and filing patient medical records
- Communicate with other team members regarding patient issues
- Entering patient communications in medical records and tasking to appropriate personnel
Preferred (not required) Qualifications: - Nextgen EMR/EPM
- Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Availity
- InstaMed
Hours are M-F 8a to 5p
