Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the ERP Implementation Program Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and management of NetSuite integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other business applications to optimize operations and enhance user experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and IT, to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies that align with business goals, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency across systems, and ensuring best practices are being followed.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of system integration, including API management, data migration, and workflow automation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track and analyze project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Coordinate training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of integrated systems.

Education Requirements/Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on ERP systems integration, specifically NetSuite. NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) preferred. Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). Familiarity with additional integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading change management initiatives is preferred.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, API integrations, and related technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP).
