Education:

• High School Degree or GED Required.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Experience using electronic files
• Deltek Cospoint experience highly preferable

Professional Skills:

• Knowledge and skill in using computer software, including Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the results of Accounts Receivable.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process customer billing
• Process cash receipts
• Handle customer collections
• Enter government billing into Wide Area Workflow(WAWF)
• Maintain customer files
• Process concur expense reports

Development Responsibilities:

• Develop strong working relationships with other departments to ensure good communication within the company.
