Summary Function: Admission Operations.
Scope: The Operations Specialist provides excellent customer service to students through admissions approvals, answering questions, and resolving student enrollment issues. This position determines eligibility for admission, verifies qualifications for enrollment, maintains records, creates and executes reports, and supplies data that supports student application and registration. As a member of the Operations team, this position provides direct customer service as needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Working Conditions:Usual: Office conditions. Exempt from overtime provisions. The position is Security Sensitive. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times.
Special: May work extra hours during registration and other enrollment events; some travel.
Any qualifications to be considered instead of stated minimums require the prior approval of the Human Resources Director.
