This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven Marketer with a knack for campaign management. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with marketing teams and business partners to develop, execute and track B2B marketing campaigns targeting TQL customers, carriers and the broader public audience. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively while managing multiple stakeholders and projects.

What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with teams including Business Insights, Design, B2B Digital, Sales Enablement, Corporate Communications, Sales, Product and other functions to help create impactful Marketing campaigns for email, website, social media, paid advertising, video and other channels
Create campaign requirements, timelines and communication lines with appropriate parties
Assist with campaign strategies, ideation and content creation
Managing multiple diverse projects at once, from signature to always-on campaigns, working against deadlines while keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of progress, risks and opportunities
Track, evaluate, report results and present suggestions for continuous improvement
What you need:
2-6 years of Communications or Marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred
A proven track-record of excellent execution of deadline-based multi-faceted campaigns or events
Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and a continuous improvement mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships and engage senior leaders
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
