What to Expect:
Develop and implement wellness programs: Create comprehensive programs that address physical, mental, and emotional health.
Assess health needs: Evaluate the wellness needs of the organization or community.
Coordinate with health professionals: Work with healthcare providers and wellness vendors.
Organize wellness events: Plan health screenings, workshops, and other wellness activities.
Monitor program effectiveness: Track and report on the success of wellness initiatives.
Provide leadership: Guide and support wellness program staff.
Promote a culture of wellness: Encourage healthy behaviors and a balanced lifestyle.

Successful Candidates:
Education: LPN license required; additional certification in wellness coaching or a related area is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in a clinical or wellness-related role, with experience in program development and management
Skills : Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Knowledge of current wellness trends and best practices.
Certifications: Certification in wellness coaching or a related area is often preferred.
