About the Role: As a Specialty Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow, you will consult on complex IT initiatives that have a broad impact and require large-scale planning. Your role involves tackling multifaceted engineering challenges, necessitating a deep evaluation of various factors, including those without precedent. You will play a pivotal role in resolving intricate situations by leveraging your comprehensive understanding of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with client personnel on strategic initiatives.
Analyze and review complex software engineering challenges.
Contribute to large-scale project planning and execution.
Ensure deliverables meet stringent quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow, particularly the Workplace Service Delivery module.
Required: CSA certification.
Desired: CAD certification.
