Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager - II Note: Location: 100% remote, Can be anywhere in US. Must work Eastern hours.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES: we are building a world-class Indirect channel organization to drive sales and revenue growth across company by improving ease of doing business, building strong partner programs. This position will be responsible for managing the day to day program management function and projects. This will include defining, managing and improving the indirect program and processes, evaluating business trends and performance to drive improvement; advise on risk and opportunity considerations for managing cost and growing the revenue and profitability; communicate with External Partner and Internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
MUST HAVE SKILLS: ? 5-7 Years of Indirect Partner program, project and sales operations experience. ? Strong analytical skills. ? Experience presenting and advising internal and external stakeholders. ? Able to work in a fast, results-driven environment while maintaining a longer term strategic perspective of companys goals in the Indirect Channel. ? Strong cross-functional leadership experience ? Able to communicate effectively with peers and leaders and provide recommendations and direct feedback ? Advanced experience in Microsoft & GSuite applications
DESIRED SKILLS: Wireless and Wireline telecommunication experience
