The Digital Marketing Manager is results-driven, innovative, and passionate about driving growth for a highly dynamic industry. This position will lead the design, strategy, and implementation of Taos Ski Valleys online marketing efforts. Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies, this position will increase brand awareness, drive engagement and web traffic, grow revenue, and enhance the guest experience through email, website, paid advertising, app messaging, and other digital channels. As a key member of our marketing team, this person will work closely with the Visual Brand Manager and the Resort Marketing Manager to develop content, design data-driven growth campaigns, and implement digital marketing strategies for Taos Ski Valley and all owned business units. Critical to this role will be cross-department collaboration, a data-driven mindset, and an innovative approach to solving problems.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage digital marketing strategies, messaging, and collateral across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, CTV, affiliate, SEO, PPC, email marketing, web, and app, with the goal of driving engagement, increasing revenue and ad spend effectiveness, and enhancing the guest experience across the customer journey. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and paid media partners, identifying new channels and markets with an opportunity for growth and making recommendations for digital optimization. Lead integrated email marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation tools to create target audiences, build personalized communications, and develop A/B testing strategies to optimize performance. Manage digital platforms and partners (ESP, CDP, app platform, CSM, etc.) to ensure optimal and seamless marketing execution across all digital channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance to help inform campaign strategy, track performance, and drive decision-making. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and promotions across all digital channels. Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their pain points, needs, and drivers of behavior, and serving as the go-to expert on delivering exceptional brand messaging while also meeting guest needs throughout the marketing funnel to drive conversion. Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing, ski industry developments, and emerging platforms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Manageexpenses to stay within established digital marketing budget.

Qualifications/Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, communications, or equivalent. 3-5+ years in marketing or related position, preferably in the ski or outdoor industry. Demonstrated ability to drive conversions and behavior through data-driven strategies. Proven track record of creating and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns and strategies. Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in a dynamic and variable industry. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Masters degree strongly preferred.
Work Environment:
Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holidays and Peak days. TSVI is in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.
Physical Demands of Position Include:
Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures. Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
Background Check:
Positions dealing with children, of safety-sensitive and/or confidential nature, require driving or positions that handle cash may require a background check and MVR check. Employment is contingent upon a favorable background check and MVR check.
