We are seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management to support Supply Chain safety and manage strategic projects focused on enhancing safety in each facility. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience supporting Supply Chain, gain visibility into how each network operates, and play a critical role in improving the safe work environment for our associates.
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Decision-Making & Issue Resolution: Partner with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business. Develop and implement a program management life cycle and create a communication strategy.
Project Execution: Identify customer and operational needs, develop and communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers, provide resources, measure progress, and develop contingency plans.
Process Improvement: Conduct gap analyses, evaluate improvement opportunities, develop improved processes, ensure alignment with department and company strategy, and oversee implementation.
Supervision & Development: Manage a team by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, establishing performance expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Program Evaluation: Compare projections to actual results, analyze key performance indicators, conduct return-on-investment analyses, review customer feedback, and recommend adjustments and process improvements.
Policy Support: Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Data Utilization: Use various analytical methodologies to develop solutions that reduce costs and meet business goals, prioritize assignments, ensure accuracy of business data, and recommend program changes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
