Job Description:

Royal Credit Union is currently looking for an Technology Program Manager to help lead IT-centric projects and serve as point of contact for many corporate level projects and initiatives.  This role will be focused on the execution and coordination of tasks related to all areas of IT, Infrastructure, Software Development, Business Intelligence, etc.  You will successfully collaborate effectively with IT and business unit leadership, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the IT portion of corporate and department projects. Compensation:

$94,000 - $123,000 annually. (candidates with significant related experience may be higher, also may vary depending on location)

Work Schedule and Office Location:

This is a full-time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.

This position is eligible to be fully remote within the United States. Please note, that Royal Credit Union reserves the right to determine remote status eligibility and the state we allow team members to work from.

Training:


  • Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. 

  • Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.

  • In addition, this position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and can be hybrid after training and being proficient in the position, which is typically the first 6-9 months in the role. Candidates must be able to commit to the first 6-9 months being in-person.  Please Note: We reserve the right to extend the training time in office as necessary.

Required Education and Experience include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3 years’ of experience in leading multiple complex projects.

• Baseline understanding of ITIL/PMP Process (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, etc).

• Working knowledge Microsoft® Office® suite of products

 

You will also benefit if you have the following preferred skills/experience:

• Experience working in a financial institution.

• ITIL and/or PMP certification
