Job Description:

Volt is immediate hiring for a Regional Service Manager in Denver, CO.

As a Regional Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the service group's expenses, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints
  • Create comprehensive service plans that address customer needs and drive business growth
  • Coordinate and leverage corporate resources to empower the service team
  • Drive team performance and reporting to meet company standards
  • Enhance the technical and commercial capabilities of service representatives, supporting sales efforts and driving business growth
  • Share valuable market insights, including competitive intelligence and emerging trends
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with sales managers to foster collaboration
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer and sales support
  • Support the team in providing comprehensive service to diverse customers across various product lines
  • Guide the team in effectively reporting, documenting, and communicating findings, anomalies, and recommendations
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to assist the team in troubleshooting customer problems and enhancing processes
  • Promote open communication and teamwork to drive operational excellence
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and guidance
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Requires up to 50% travel, including overnight trips; company car or truck will be provided
  • Territory covers Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical service or management experience in the chemical/industrial industry
  • Strong mechanical skills and comprehensive understanding of product applications
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills to drive exceptional service delivery
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail
  • Ability to think critically and strategically to solve complex problems
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing team goals

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
