Location


We are located in the Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults. This office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The Opportunity



Under direct supervision of the Practice Manager, the Lead PSR is responsible for site alignment with organizational mission, vision, and strategic goals within the MGB Medical Group while managing all aspects of front desk operations and collaboratively leading and supervising front-end staff team members to achieve targets.


The Lead will oversee staff and job tasks assigned to reception, payment posting, and self-pay accounts receivable. This role is part of a team that frequently prototypes new ideas, including digital tools, care team roles and workflows. Leads must possess strong business acumen, leadership skills, workforce development skills and be a change innovator with demonstrated ability to represent the organization, both internally and externally.

Required:



  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

  • High School Diploma


Strongly Preferred:



  • 2 Years of supervisory experience, including the ability to train and mentor others.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
