Your new role


We are looking for a Superintendent with Commercial Construction experience. You will lead our partner's team to success, ensuring every project is a testament to quality and innovation. If you have a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want you on our team! Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)





  • Team Development: Train and lead the field team, ensuring trust with inspectors, subcontractors, and clients.


  • Construction Methods: Implement innovative techniques and ensure compliance with contracts and building codes.


  • Site Management: Maintain accurate site dimensions, controls, and utilities; ensure all permits and inspections are up-to-date.


  • Quality Control: Develop and manage the quality control plan, oversee testing and inspections, and resolve any issues.


  • Safety Compliance: Conduct start-up orientations, review safety plans, and ensure jobsite safety.


  • Documentation: Monitor and ensure accuracy of all jobsite documentation, including daily reports and progress photos.


  • Project Scheduling: Develop the master schedule, anticipate and mitigate schedule impacts, and ensure milestone commitments.


  • Procurement: Participate in procurement, ensure complete scope coverage, and manage subcontractor selection.


  • Problem-Solving: Recognize potential issues, implement proactive solutions, and differentiate subcontract scope changes.


What you'll need to succeed




  • Valid Driver's License

  • Experience: 10+ years in commercial construction, with projects valued at $15M+.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; professional industry training.

  • Procore experience.

  • Certifications: OSHA 30-hour, CPR, and First Aid.

  • Extensive understanding of construction operations, including self-perform tasks.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, influence, and engagement abilities.

  • Effective written and verbal skills; good listener.

  • Co-operative, self-confident, motivated, and independent.

  • Strong dedication and commitment to the job.
